Late entry Paul Wardell wins Big Johnson Tour event at The Renaissance with a 70

 Our first Big Johnson's Tour  event of our winter series today at The Renaissance Club, sponsored by Golf Finance Ltd, was a very cold and windy affair with the feels-like temperature -4 degrees! 
Huge credit has to go to all 17 players for making the effort getting to the course through snow and 
also playing in the conditions.
The winner of the event with a fantastic score over the par 71 course was none other than North Berwick pro  Paul Wardell with a score of 70. He was a late entrant (10.30pm Wednesday night) to be precise. 
 A huge thanks has to go to Russell Smith and his team at the Renaissance for hosting the event at such  a fantastic venue. The facilities are second to none! 
The next Big Johnson Tour event will be held at Montrose Links on February 13.
